Welcome to Russian Ballet Academy. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Enrollment and Payment

1. Class fees are billed on a monthly basis, in the first week of every month. 

2. Invoices will be emailed students and parents, and payment may be done via credit card or PayNow. 

1. Students may incur additional costs for uniforms, performance, competition fees, and other supplies as required by the School. These costs are the responsibility of the student or their guardian.

 

 

Class Attendance

1. Regular attendance is crucial for student progress. Please notify the School in advance if a student will be absent from a class.

2. Makeup lessons: Please inform us in advance when you are unable to make it for class, and check in with your instructor on the availability of makeup lessons. 

3. Early withdrawal: If a student wishes to stop lessons in the middle of a paid month, remaining lessons will be refunded if a student gives advance notice of at least 4 weeks, otherwise a partial amount of 50% of remaining lessons will be given.

4. The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified as soon as possible.

 

Health and Safety

1. Parents or guardians must provide accurate medical information for students. The School is not responsible for medical conditions that are not disclosed.

2. The School is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes or on the School premises. Students participate at their own risk. 

 

Media Release

The School may use photos or videos of students for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out in writing.

 

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Students and parents will be notified of any changes.
